1 dish drainer lid does not fit
1 no hinges on dish drainer lid
3 overboard vents not present--drains to bilge, they are not set high enough
19 helm seat does not have two holes, so it does not comfortably sit and lean back
22 winch handle holder are not placed underneath and out of way
25 wood trim strips not found at all joints--see video for details
28 there was no change--we already have a divot and rust spot where it rests on gel-coat
39 3 shelves in port hall closet--there is only one
40 mirrors in heads--there were NONE
45 transorm chipped by towing eye on RIB
46 Mike requested this to be changed when he was in SA--it was not
49 spider web cracking in sink, edge of doorjamb and in floor drain areas--more than standard!
55 steps are not full length compared to old boat
58 salt water exposure to inverter from openings for fuel lines
58 air conditioner compressor unit had salt water exposure from fuel line openings
65 having the engine starting batteries under the benches--they are not there
72 port lectra-sans incorrectly installed---lid cracked---feces released all over floor of head
73 wearite was not only not sealed well, but there were gaps in the middle of the saloon floor
73 wearite had paint splattered in many areas and excess glue slopped on various areas
75 seams in table top that look like dots across entire table at each joint--not acceptable
76 beer cooler---not free from water---more insulation needed---cushion has mildewed horribly
89 alternator belts broken, wrong size bought on your instructed measurements
89 correct alternator belts finally found in bvi
96 windlass was not moved back---chain still piles up causing windlass to hang up
81 galley drawers are shorter, creating even more dead space
104 white cockpit light and red night vision light are wired to same switch
108 cockpit speakers--WHERE ARE OURS??????????????
114 gutter not present or inefficient--during rain, drops actually dripped inside on the wearite from the doortop
116 drain holes are not present in cockpit lockers---see video
120 We do not think that the problem has been addressed--TWO hydrolic locks on port engine
123 spare parts---None Received
124 there was no nylon or lock-washers, so the hinges have already worked loose
126 no extra striping/logos were received
130 saloon table and seating are NOT at original height---my feet won't even touch

calibration of fuel tanks--cannot be done because fuel tanks will never be empty again
calibration of water tanks, have not been able to calibrate keel tanks, only bow
wiring, installation, and calibration of chain counter
film, developing, cell phone expenses, postage expenses
repair for stove cleaning drain - Jannie sent part - replaced
diagonal cut from saw blade in wine storage wood trim
is the cockpit light/red night light designed for indoor or outdoor use?  Looks indoor
there are gaps in the plastic housing around the halogen light fixtures
the freezer lid corner has created a divot in the white gel-coat--it needs a stop or bumper
hot and cold water were reversed on the transom shower - fixed by Mike - one valve broken
sailbag on port side missing--gary said jannie told him it was aboard---we could not find it
there are MANY visible diamond shaped areas on the deck, apparent repairs
surface of coach roof is very bumpy and uneven
bimini holds water during rain--there are not enough support arches
there are no drain holes in cockpit lockers
cracks are visible around the fiberglass handles on both stairs into the hulls
paint is smeared on the port forward portlight
there are black marks on the headsail from the sections joints of the furler
shower sumps are inadequate and do not remove enough water from head floor
there is saltwater backflow from hoses--shower and bilge happens in a beam sea
port head sink has a divot that is only visible when you look in a mirror or lean over
port and starboard heads hold water in the corners by sink--not any slope in the Corian
rudder cavitation on port side when motoring - listen on video
            Door latches have been fixed by Desmond, doors also cleaned as best possible
            Some doors are still tacky, others will have to be replaced, Desmond will measure
door under galley sink won't latch

door on end of galley cabinet--top edge was not varnished

large dotted seams visible all across saloon table top
bottom galley drawer discolored (newspaper?) and set in too far

glue and paint on floors--throughout hulls, cabins and saloon

port forward cabin door won't close
port forward cabin door sticky and covered in blue lint
port forward closet door won't latch
port forward large storage area doors are not hung level (not even with each other-gap at top)
port aft closet won't open
starboard forward lectra sans closet won't open
starboard forward cabin door won't shut
starboard aft door sticky and covered in blue lint
crack in nav station module beside wood trim strip--not covered by trim
vacation and at-home time lost to documenting problems and getting repairs done
